Founding cohort
#evolvingatmorjim
1-14 August, 2026
For people who believe that the best part of travel is who you become along the way
Over the past few weeks, we, the members of the aColmeia community from different corners of the world have been coming together to shape this cohort.
Some of us have met before. Some of us haven't.
This August from 1 to 14th, we'll gather in Goa to share stories, explore, work, learn from one another and create something meaningful together.
If this feels like the kind of experience you've been looking for, we'd love for you to join us.

The Rhythm we will explore together

We believe that the way we structure our days influences how we live, work and experience the world around us.
For two weeks, we'll intentionally pay attention to different parts of the day — from how we begin our mornings to how we spend our evenings and weekends.
The goal isn't to follow a rigid programme, but to explore how small changes in rhythm can influence the way we work, connect and experience life.
Beginning the day
How we begin every day, influences everything that follows.
Through healthy food, physical and mental wellbeing practices, we'll explore what it means to begin the day with intention.
The work day
The environment around us shapes the way we work.
We'll create the right conditions for deep work, active work, collaboration, learning and meaningful progress on the things that matter to us.
Transitioning out Of work
Work doesn't end the moment we close our laptops.
Shared meals, conversations, games and doing other things together with people we trust, help us create a healthier transition between work and the rest of our lives.
Ending the day
The way we end our day often determines how we begin the next one.
Through simple practices such as reflection, meditation and breathwork, we'll create space to slow down, reset and recharge.
On Weekends
Weekends offer an opportunity to step outside our routines and see things differently.
Together, we'll explore a different side of Goa, plan adventures as a group and leave room for spontaneity and discovery.

Is this for you?
This isn't a retreat.
You won't find a packed itinerary, back-to-back workshops or a programme designed to fill every hour of your day.
Instead, you'll join us to explore how the rhythms of our days influence the way we live, work and experience life, together.
You might enjoy this experience if:
-
You're curious about the people you meet and the stories they carry.
-
You believe travel is richer when shared with others.
-
You're open to experimenting with new routines, habits and ways of living.
-
You enjoy contributing to a community, not just benefiting from one.
-
You're looking for more than a place to stay or work from.
This experience may not be for you if:
-
You're looking for a structured retreat with every activity planned for you.
-
You're looking for a holiday where everything revolves around sightseeing and entertainment.
-
You're simply looking for an affordable way to spend two weeks in Goa.
